What’s Next – Terms and Conditions
By submitting an idea, name, or suggestion (“Submission”) to our What’s Next initiative, you agree to the following terms:
1. Compensation: Submissions are entirely voluntary. If your idea is selected, you will not receive any financial compensation, royalties, or ownership rights.
2. Recognition: If your submission is selected, you’ll be among the very first to test the new product and share your feedback, making you the very first to own the item you inspired.
We may publicly recognize you by naming the product/item after your suggested, preferred or formal name or otherwise crediting your contribution. Recognition will be limited to the form we choose (e.g., product naming, acknowledgment in promotional materials).
3. Ownership of Submissions: By submitting, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, adapt, and modify your Submission in any way we choose. All rights in the resulting product, name, or related materials belong solely to us.
4. No Confidentiality: Submissions are not confidential. Do not include private, sensitive, or proprietary information.
5. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if younger) to participate. Submissions must be your original idea and not infringe on the rights of any third party.
6. Our Discretion: We are under no obligation to use or acknowledge any Submission. We may modify, combine, or disregard Submissions at our sole discretion.
7. Legal Release: By submitting, you release us from any claims, disputes, or liabilities related to your Submission or its use.
