Warranty Policy
Here at Teknatool, we
take pride in our products and want to do everything we can for you to make your purchase
live up to your expectations. If you have any questions about your products
performance, or if you have a problem, please contact the reseller that you purchased the
product from, or us directly on service@teknatool.com
In most cases our distributors would carry out local service and warranty requirements.
Should you need to return a product for servicing or replacement under
warranty, please complete the Returns
Form and include with the goods. For more on returns and
refunds, see below.
Warranty
All of our products carry a full repair and component replacement warranty, for two years
from date of purchase.
See product manuals for a full warranty statement.
In addition, our Nova DVR XP, Nova 1624-44,
Nova 3000 DVR, Nova 3000, Nova
Mercury and Nova Ornamental Turner
carry an extra three years limited warranty (making the total warranty five years for
these products
- please see the individual product pages or product manuals for specific warranty
information on these products)
Exclusions
Different products may have different
exclusions. Consult your manual or the product pages for warranty
information on your specific product.
Motors and products not manufactured by Teknatool International carry their own
manufacturer's warranty.
It is the responsibility of the customer to get the Teknatool product to
the place of repair, including covering any costs to get the product to
the place of repair. .
Refunds

We are happy to refund your product purchase should you simply change your
