The NOVA Cast Iron Stand provides rock solid stability for all NOVA lathes. 

Made from high quality cast iron, with interchangeable leg sections, this stand is the perfect companion to both the Nova 1624 and the Nova XP DVR lathes.

Features & Benefits

• Dependable Performance. Solid cast iron upper section, CAD designed and tested for optimum strength. The stand pieces are cast from a high grade cast iron with solid section thickness and CAD generated gussets at critical points., designed to withstand extremely high stresses with practically no distortion
• Compact for easier mobility and set up, but sturdy enough to cope with the big capacity the NOVA 1624 & DVR XP has – 29” bowls (with optional outrigger accessory) and 44” between centres (with optional accessory extension bed) 
• Strong robust feet for confident mounting to the floor with provisions for jacking bolts to level on uneven surfaces.
• 360° Access to the Workpiece – the stand allows complete access to the working area.
• Extra strength for BIG work if required.  Holes in feet so the stand can be bolted to floor avoiding any 'walking' when roughing or turning large out of balance work .
• Easy Clean. No collection area under lathe for sawdust build-up.  Sawdust drops straight to floor
• Easy Assembly access of bolts both to the lathe and legs
