Auto Safety Stop Mechanism

NOVA smart design. All our NOVA chucks are designed with an automatic safety stop built into the jaw slide, preventing jaws from protruding beyond the chuck body, providing safe turning conditions.  

Insert Adaptor System

• Precision machined from single operation with spindle location to give excellent accuracy.
• Inexpensive to replace if another lathe is purchased with a different spindle thread, simply replace your insert/adaptor.
• Available for over 100 different lathes.

Chuck Keys

• NOVA smart design, to minimise friction.
• For the chucks that use Chuck Keys (G3, SuperNova2, Titan) the chuck keys are constructed from high tensile investment cast carbon steel, and hardened for long life and better wear resistance.
• The SuperNova² in addition features a comfort handle with a ball nose for fast and accurate location, and a unique Tilt Away™ action, so it can be angled back in operation away from work.

Chuck Operating Levers (Used on the NOVA Precision Midi Chuck)

• Made from high strength carbon steel to prevent bending.
