That is why when you register at the Teknatool International Web Site for the eNewsletter, your warranty or for anything else, we respect your privacy.   Teknatool International will not give out your user information or other personal details that are disclosed to Teknatool International to a third party without your express consent.

The details that Teknatool International collect on you are used to help us personalize our approach with product information and offers to you.   Depending on how you register with Teknatool International, whether it be for warranty on a purchase or simply for our monthly newsletter, these details are held for the reasons below:

• Your name and address information is used for any warranty claims and servicing.
• Your E-mail address is used only when you have specified that you wish to receive special offers and the Teknatool International newsletter that is sent monthly.

On our registration form, there are fields that are considered required because of the nature of our response systems, such as e-mail address, name and country.  Other fields, such as postal or street address are not required, but you may wish for us to have this information so that we can contact you by post in the event that you change your Internet Service Provider (and thus your e-mail address) or if you simply wish for us to contact you via Post.
